Posted by: sarah 2 months agoThis is an easy weekday meal to whip up. I try to get dh and I to eat fish at least once a week. It is a lean protein full of heart healthy fats. The nutritional benefits of fish vary by species and location of the catch. Generally speaking, wild caught fish is more healthy than farmed.
