June 20, 2007, 3:38 p.m.Wow what a great story. Couple of things make me wonder though: Why doesn't the guy save up and buy the cart outright? He's been doing this for over ten years and he hasn't bought his own cart? Why does the city of New York impose such ridiculous standards on street vendors? Cart inspections? Insane.
